Does the DRYPLY tumbler keep drinks cold or hot? 

The Prestige Tumbler is designed with double-wall vacuum-insulation and uses a special Greblon® ceramic coating known to retain its temperature very well. It will keep cold drinks cold for up to 9 hours and hot drinks hot for up to 3 hours.

Can I put other beverages in there besides coffee? 

Yes, the Prestige Tumbler is designed to hold different types of liquids. However, we do not recommend putting carbonated beverages as it can wear down the ceramic interior.

Will the DRYPLY tumbler sweat? 

The Prestige Tumbler is designed with double-wall vacuum-insulation and will not sweat or become hot to touch.

What material is the DRYPLY tumbler made of?

The Prestige Tumbler is made of 18/8 surgical-grade stainless steel; Greblon® ceramic on the interior and a Tritan® custom drinking plate.

Is the DRYPLY tumbler leak-proof?

Absolutely. Our custom-designed lid is designed to keep your drinks inside of the tumbler. In addition, our drinking plate also adds an extra layer of protection for splashes, etc.

***For hot beverages: please keep in mind, if the tumbler is shaken up when the lid is closed, there could be pressure built up and some liquids may leak when you try to open the lid due to the pressure being released. To help prevent any kind of pressure build-up, please avoid shaking the tumbler with hot beverages and/or keep the lid off to cool down the temperature a little.

Can I put hot water or tea in the DRYPLY tumbler?

Yes, the Prestige Tumbler is designed with double-wall vacuum-insulation and will keep cold drinks cold for up to 9 hours and hot drinks hot for up to 3 hours, so you can use it for hot beverages.

Can I put the DRYPLY tumbler in the dishwasher?

We recommend handwashing your Prestige Tumbler along with the lid and drinking plate and air dry.

How often should I clean the DRYPLY tumbler?

There are thousands of bacteria cells that live inside of a typical water bottle after just one week without cleaning it. We recommend cleaning the Prestige Tumbler on a daily basis or after use with the DRYPLY brush (or any silicone brush) using warm water and soap. Rinsing and/or letting it soak in warm water and soap right after use would be even better.

Does the DRYPLY tumbler hold any odor or smell from drinks? 

The Greblon® ceramic does an excellent job in eliminating any lingering odors or smell during and after use. After washing the tumbler with warm water and soap, there may be a slight lingering odor as the tumbler is aired out, but after the interior is completely dry, the odor will disappear.

***In any case of any odors, use vinegar and baking soda and let sit for 30 mins and thoroughly rinse when done, air dry with lid and drinking plate off (see deep clean instructions in FAQ).

How do I clean the DRYPLY tumbler?

Any silicone brush will work, but we recommend using the DRYPLY brush to clean the Prestige Tumbler using warm water and soap.

  1. Apply a little bit of dishwashing soap to the DRYPLY cleaning brush.
  2. Scrub the interior as well as the drinking plate and cap.
  3. Rinse with warm water (for a more thorough clean, soak the interior with warm water for a few minutes before scrubbing.
  4. Air dry with the lid and drinking plate off.
How do I give the DRYPLY tumbler a deep clean?

We recommend giving the DRYPLY tumbler a deep clean every 2-4 weeks (depending on usage).

  1. Pour a small amount (~1 tsp) of baking soda into the tumbler
  2. Pour half a cup of vinegar into the tumbler (it will start to fizz)
  3. Once the fizzing is nearly done, fill up the rest of the tumbler with warm water and let sit for 30 mins (you can also dunk the lid and drinking plate in a separate bowl)
  4. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to air dry
Can I put the DRYPLY tumbler in the microwave?

No, please do not put the tumbler in the microwave.

What is DRYPLY’s Return Policy?

All items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date. All items must be unused and in the original, pristine condition that you received, including original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories. Complimentary returns are available in the Contiguous US (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) and a return label will be provided. At this time, we do not offer warranty outside of our 14-day return policy.
